I thought I was dying the other day (seriously.) I thought I was either having a heart attack or it was some sort of advanced chest cancer. As it turned out I wasn’t dying at all, leading me to suggest that if you ever think you’re dying, ignore it, it’ll probably go away. Point in question, I was in the fruit shop yesterday and this fat guy there was picking up a large bag of potatoes and he suddenly looked distressed. I asked him what was wrong and he said he had an awful pain down his left arm. I told him it was probably just a muscle thing and to just work through it. I said if he felt his fingers start tingling it meant it was getting better. He looked quite relieved and went on with the potatoes, and I had that feel-good feeling for the rest of the day.
