Minced meat

I have found some mince at the back of the freezer that I think has been there since we bought the fridge, which would have been in 2001. It looks decidedly odd and in the dark has a faint, green-ish glow. It’s defrosting now. It’s on the kitchen bench and I’ve brought over a stool and am sitting, looking at it. I am very tempted to eat it.
